🧭 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 750 hours; or 250 hours for graduates of a recognized aviation degree/diploma program (or similar)
- Exams: Valid IATRA; or valid SAMRA and SARON results (exams must be within validity)
- Language: ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher
- Security: Ability to obtain and retain an Airport Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) in accordance with Transport Canada’s Airport Restricted Area Access Clearance Program
- Travel Documents: Current valid passport; and if not a Canadian passport holder, a valid Canadian Permanent Resident Card. All required visas/travel documents permitting unrestricted travel

Non‑type rated applicants are welcome. Comprehensive ATR 42 ground school, simulator training, and supervised line indoctrination are provided to ensure you meet company standards and regulatory requirements from day one.

- Operate the ATR 42 in a multi‑crew environment, adhering to SOPs and TC regulations
- Conduct thorough pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, and aircraft inspections
- Exercise sound judgement, CRM, and threat/error management to deliver safe, on‑time operations
- Communicate clearly with flight crew, dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams
- Participate in recurrent training and support a proactive safety reporting culture
