✈️ The Opportunity
As a Part 121 ATR Captain, you will command ATR 42 operations and deliver safe, efficient, compliant and professional flight services. You will lead a multi-crew cockpit, model exemplary airmanship, and uphold rigorous standards of SOP, CRM and regulatory compliance on every sector.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Captain ATR 42 flights under IFR and Part 121, ensuring the highest levels of safety and compliance.
- Exercise sound judgment in all phases of flight: planning, departure, enroute, arrival, approach and landing.
- Lead multi-crew operations with strong CRM, clear communication and decisive leadership.
- Adhere to company SOPs, MEL/CDL procedures and applicable FAA regulations.
- Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance and ground operations to deliver on-time, efficient service.
- Maintain currency and proficiency, including instrument procedures as authorized.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total time: 2,500 hours
- Pilot-in-command (PIC): 1,000 hours
- Multi-engine: 1,000 hours
- Turbine: 300 hours
- Multi-crew time: 500 hours
- License: ATP — FAA holders only
- Medical: Class 1
NTR welcome: ATR type rating not required — training provided.
🌟 Additional Requirements
- Meets Part 121.436 pilot qualification.
- Current and proficient for IFR operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Willing and able to participate in the company’s FAA/DOT-required Drug and Alcohol Program.
