As an ATR 42 Captain with interCaribbean Airways, you’ll lead safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations across our island-to-island network. Bring your expertise on type and help us deliver reliable connectivity to communities and destinations throughout the Caribbean.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Command ATR 42 operations from pre-flight planning through shutdown, maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards.
- Exercise sound operational judgment in a dynamic, weather-influenced environment typical of Caribbean regional flying.
- Lead a professional flight deck, fostering strong CRM and clear communication with crew and ground teams.
- Champion on-time performance, fuel-efficient practices, and exceptional customer experience.
- Uphold company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices at all times.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- 3,000 hours total time in commercial aviation.
- 1,000 hours in type (ATR 42/72).
- Current and valid ATP/ATPL.
- Accepted authorities: EASA, FAA, ICAO.
- Current Class 1 Medical.
- ICAO ELP Level 5.
- ATR 42/72 type rating: Required.
