🧭 What You’ll Do
- Command ATR 42 flights with a safety-first mindset, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor your crew, fostering open communication and effective collaboration throughout all phases of flight.
- Exercise sound judgment under pressure, making timely operational decisions that balance safety, efficiency, and customer impact.
- Champion continuous improvement by supporting training, debriefs, and contributions to the Safety Management System.
- Represent the company professionally with stakeholders, passengers, and operational partners.

🌟 Minimum Requirements
- Type rating: Not required (training provided)
- Preferred: Valid ATR 42/72 type rating
- Currency: Currently or recently operated in command on a multi-crew aircraft (MTOW > 10t or 19+ pax)
- License required: ATPL
- Accepted licenses: UK CAA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided
- Employment: Permanent
- Non‑Type Rated (NTR): Considered
