🧭 Role overview

As an ATR 42 Captain, you will lead safe, on-time operations across a diverse Caribbean network, uphold the highest standards of airmanship and crew resource management, and deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.

• Lead flight deck operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Exercise sound judgment in varied Caribbean weather and airspace environments.
• Champion safety culture and mentor First Officers and crew.
• Coordinate with ground teams to maintain operational efficiency and on-time performance.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

• Total Time: 3,000 hours (commercial aviation)
• In Type: 1,000 hours on ATR 42/72
• Type Rating: Required (ATR 42/72)
• License: ATPL or FAA ATP
• Open to License Holders: EASA, FAA, ICAO
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO English: Level 5

Flight time notes: 3,000 total hours in commercial aviation
