interCaribbean Airways is a 34-year-old regional carrier based in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos Islands, operating year-round schedules across the Caribbean. As we grow our network with a fleet of 10 ATR 42/72 aircraft, we are inviting motivated First Officers to help us connect our islands and communities.

Note: Non-Type Rated pilots are welcome — ATR type rating training provided. Rated candidates with time on type are strongly encouraged to apply.

🧭 Your mission

Operate the ATR 42/72 safely and efficiently across our Caribbean network in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
Partner with the Captain and crew to deliver excellent CRM, on-time performance, and a positive customer experience.
Execute thorough pre-flight planning, performance calculations, weather and NOTAM reviews, and precise checklist discipline.
Support efficient turnarounds at diverse island airports while maintaining the highest safety culture.
Embrace a dynamic roster with irregular hours, weekends, and holidays as part of regional operations.

🧰 What you’ll bring (Minimum requirements)

Total time: 750 hours
PIC time: 150 hours
Multi-engine: 200 hours
Instrument: Multi-Engine Instrument Rating (ME/IR)
Licences: CPL with IR and Multi-Engine (ME) — EASA, FAA, or ICAO accepted
Medical: Class 1
Language: ICAO English Level 4+
Compliance: Able to provide references and pass a 5-year background and criminal record check
Flexibility: Comfortable working irregular hours, weekends, and holidays

🌟 It’ll impress us if you have

Frozen ATPL
ATR 42/72 type rating (100+ hours on type preferred)
Strong regional/turboprop or multi-crew IFR experience
