Step into the left seat with a permanent Captain appointment across a diverse and expanding fleet. Join as an NTR professional and receive company-provided type rating training to operate on various aircraft. If you hold an ATPL and meet the time minima, we’d love to hear from you.
🧭 Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum total flight time: 1,500 hours
- PIC time: 500 hours
- Instrument experience as PIC: 100 hours under IFR
- Valid ATPL (open to DGCA licence holders)
- Current Class 1 medical
- ICAO English Level 4 or above
- NTR welcome: No type rating required — training provided
- Right to work is required; visa sponsorship not provided
🧰 What You Will Do
- Command operations across various fleet types, ensuring the highest standards of safety and airmanship.
- Lead the flight deck, demonstrating effective CRM and decision-making in normal and non-normal situations.
- Conduct departures, en‑route, and approaches under IFR, maintaining procedural discipline and situational awareness.
- Adhere to company SOPs and regulatory requirements, including performance, weight/balance, and fuel management.
- Mentor and develop First Officers, fostering a just culture and proactive safety reporting.
- Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, and Engineering to deliver on-time, efficient services.
