✈️ The role

As Captain, you carry ultimate accountability for the safe conduct of each flight and the wellbeing of everyone on board. You will lead by example, champion safety ownership, and use all available resources to deliver exceptional operational results and on-time performance.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Command the aircraft, ensuring the safety of passengers and crew and the efficient, on-time operation of every flight.
  • Verify airworthiness and performance, accounting for weather, NOTAMs, flight regulations, and ATC procedures.
  • Employ all tools, checklists, and decision-support aids to maximize safety in the air and on the ground.
  • Model a one-crew, ‘we before me’ culture — promoting teamwork, humility, and respectful communication.
  • Demonstrate safety ownership in actions, decisions, and behaviors to ensure successful flight outcomes.

🌟 What you’ll bring

  • Certificates & medical: FAA airman certificate meeting FAR 121.436 PIC requirements; FAA First Class Medical; FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
  • Experience: Minimum 4,000 hours total time; minimum 1,000 hours PIC; minimum 1,000 hours jet time.
  • PIC jet under 121/135: Either 1,000 jet hours as PIC under Part 121, or 1,500 jet hours as PIC under Part 135.
  • Authorization: Authorized to work in the United States; valid passport; able to travel unrestricted to and from the U.S.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written English skills.

💡 Preferred

  • Airbus A320 type rating.
