📋 Key Responsibilities

Exercise command responsibility for the safe, compliant, and efficient conduct of each flight.
Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin crew, fostering strong CRM and a just culture.
Execute thorough preflight planning, fuel and performance calculations, and operational decision-making.
Adhere to company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and best practices at all times.
Manage abnormal and emergency situations calmly and effectively.
Promote continuous improvement through debriefs, feedback, and procedural discipline.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

Total time: 5000 hours
PIC in type (A330): 1500 hours
Type rating: Airbus A330 — required
License: ATPL (ICAO accepted)
Medical: Class 1
ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
