Airbus A330 Captain – Direct Entry (No Type Rating Required)

🧭 What you will do

• Command A330 revenue flights with uncompromising focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Lead, brief, and mentor flight deck and cabin crew, fostering a just culture and strong CRM.
• Execute fuel‑ and time‑efficient decision making across diverse routes and operating environments.
• Uphold company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and robust threat and error management.
• Represent the flight operation with professionalism in all customer and stakeholder interactions.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total Time: 5,000 hours
• Turbine Time: 3,500 hours
• PIC Time: 1,500 hours
• Jet Transport (≥50,000 kg): 3,500 hours total; 1,500 hours PIC
• Type Rating: Not required — A330 training provided
• Licence: ATPL
• Open to Licence Holders: ICAO
• Medical: Class 1
• ELP: ICAO Level 4

• Airbus family experience and/or proven wide‑body time.
• Demonstrated leadership, CRM excellence, and mentoring mindset.
• Strong situational awareness and sound judgment in complex operations.

🧰 Training and support

Direct‑entry, non‑type rated captains are fully supported with a comprehensive A330 training program, followed by line training and recurrent checks to keep you current and confident.

🧭 Important documentation

Requirement: Submit a recent certificate of no criminal conviction (or equivalent) issued by the state authority of your last country of residence/employment. To avoid processing delays, attach this certificate with your application.

📨 How to apply
