✈️ Role overview

As a Senior First Officer on the A320, you will partner with the Captain to deliver safe, efficient, and on-time operations while modeling exemplary CRM, decision-making, and communication. You will play a key role in maintaining standards, supporting junior crew, and contributing to an open, high-performance cockpit culture.

🧭 What you will do

• Execute all phases of flight to the highest safety and SOP compliance standards, from preflight planning to secure shutdown.
• Conduct performance calculations, fuel and route optimization, and effective use of FMS and automation with sound monitoring habits.
• Demonstrate sharp situational awareness and threat/error management, including decisive action in abnormal and time-critical scenarios.
• Maintain transparent, concise cockpit communication and champion a just culture and professional teamwork.
• Support operational decisions with data-driven judgment, balancing punctuality with uncompromising safety.

🌟 Minimum requirements

• In type: Minimum 2,500 hours on the Airbus A320 family
• Type rating: Current and valid A320 type rating (type-rated)
• License required: ATPL
• Accepted licenses: CAAV
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4 (minimum)
• Visa sponsorship: Not provided
