As a key member of a two-crew operation, you’ll partner closely with the Captain and cabin crew to deliver safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations across a dynamic route network. You’ll apply precise airmanship, robust decision-making, and disciplined adherence to SOPs on every sector.

Operate the Airbus A320 family from pre-flight planning to secure shutdown, aligned with company and regulatory standards.
Execute all First Officer duties including flight preparation, performance calculations, FMS programming, and checklist discipline.
Maintain the highest safety culture, proactively managing threats and errors within a robust SMS framework.
Collaborate effectively with the Captain and cabin crew to ensure on-time performance and an exceptional passenger experience.
Engage in recurrent training and checking to sustain proficiency and support career development.

🧰 Minimum requirements

Type rating: Required on Airbus A320 family (current and type-rated).
Total time: 1,000 hours minimum.
In type: 500 hours minimum on A320 family.
License Required: CPL with IR and ME.
Accepted Licenses: EASA, FAA, ICAO.
Medical: Class 1.
ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher.
Visa sponsorship: Provided for eligible candidates.

Strong recent currency and clean safety record are expected.
