🧭 Your mission

  • Operate the Airbus A320 family as First Officer in strict adherence to company SOPs and all applicable regulations.
  • Support the Captain across all flight phases, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time performance.
  • Execute thorough preflight planning, including weather, NOTAMs, fuel, performance, and flight documentation.
  • Demonstrate exemplary CRM, situational awareness, and decision-making in a dynamic operational environment.
  • Champion a safety-first culture and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
