Airbus A320 First Officer – Type-Rated, Permanent

🧭 The role

As a First Officer on the A320 family, you will support the Captain to deliver safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations on short- and medium-haul routes, adhering to Company SOPs and GACA regulations.

• Execute all phases of flight in full compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor aircraft systems and performance; apply sound CRM and threat-and-error management.
• Prepare, brief, and debrief flights using airline dispatch materials and EFB tools.
• Maintain high standards of airmanship, situational awareness, and clear communication.
• Contribute to a safety-first culture through proactive reporting and continuous improvement.

🧰 What you bring

• Minimum 750 hours on type (Airbus A320 family).
• Current A320 type rating.
• Valid ICAO CPL with IR and ME; ATPL preferred.
• Current Class 1 Medical.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet, and web-based research.
• Demonstrated CRM, decision-making, and situational awareness under SOPs.

You must successfully complete Company and GACA assessments, including:

• Technical evaluations (and simulator/line checks as applicable).
• Psychometric assessments.
• Medical fitness check-ups for pilots (maintain Class 1).
