🧭 Your mission
As an A320 First Officer, you will support the Captain in executing every phase of flight to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer care.
- Operate the Airbus A320 family in accordance with company SOPs and EASA regulations.
- Execute precise flight planning, fuel management, and performance calculations.
- Maintain exemplary situational awareness and Crew Resource Management throughout all operations.
- Champion a just culture, proactive safety reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Leverage modern flight deck and digital tools to ensure efficient, on-time operations.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cabin crew, ground teams, and ATC for a smooth customer experience.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 1,000 hours
- In type (A320): 500 hours
- Type rating: Airbus A320 (current and valid)
- Currency: Last flight on type within the previous 12 months preferred
- License required: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
- Accepted licenses: EASA
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 5
🔎 Additional requirements
- No-incident/accident certificate: Issued by the authority or previous employer
- Background: No criminal record
- Digital skills: IT literate
