🧭 The Opportunity

As an A320 First Officer, you’ll support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient, and on-time operations. You’ll execute SOPs with discipline, exercise sound judgement, and contribute to a strong cockpit culture grounded in CRM excellence and continuous improvement.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total time: 1000 hours
  • In type: 500 hours on A320 family
  • Type rating: A320 (required)
  • Currency: Last flight on type within the previous 12 months preferred
  • Licence required: EASA frozen ATPL with IR and ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 5
  • Visa sponsorship: Not provided (you must have the right to live and work in the operating base)

  • Safety record: No-incident/accident certificate issued by authority or previous employer
  • Background check: No criminal record
  • Digital skills: IT literate

  • Proof of ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5
  • Logbook summary confirming 1000 TT, 500 A320 hours, and recency (last flight on type date)
  • No-incident/accident certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Passport and right-to-work evidence (as sponsorship is not provided)
