🧭 Your mission on the flight deck
- Operate the Airbus A320 in accordance with company SOPs, applicable regulations, and manufacturer guidance.
- Partner closely with the Captain to plan, brief, and execute each flight with precision and clear CRM.
- Manage FMS programming, performance calculations, and fuel planning for all phases of flight.
- Maintain the highest safety and compliance standards through proactive TEM and disciplined decision-making.
- Deliver a calm, professional passenger experience through effective communication with cabin crew and operations.
- Uphold a culture of continuous learning through recurrent training and feedback.
🧰 What you bring
- A320 type rating with currency within the last 9 months.
- Minimum 500 hours on A320 type.
- Valid ATPL (ICAO) and Class 1 medical.
- English proficiency at ICAO ELP Level 4.
- Foreign nationals: at least 5 years of total flight experience.
- Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan: operational proficiency in the state language, plus Russian and English sufficient for flight operations.
- Exemplary CRM, threat and error management skills, and SOP discipline.
