🧭 Your mission on the flight deck

  • Operate the Airbus A320 in accordance with company SOPs, applicable regulations, and manufacturer guidance.
  • Partner closely with the Captain to plan, brief, and execute each flight with precision and clear CRM.
  • Manage FMS programming, performance calculations, and fuel planning for all phases of flight.
  • Maintain the highest safety and compliance standards through proactive TEM and disciplined decision-making.
  • Deliver a calm, professional passenger experience through effective communication with cabin crew and operations.
  • Uphold a culture of continuous learning through recurrent training and feedback.

🧰 What you bring

  • A320 type rating with currency within the last 9 months.
  • Minimum 500 hours on A320 type.
  • Valid ATPL (ICAO) and Class 1 medical.
  • English proficiency at ICAO ELP Level 4.
  • Foreign nationals: at least 5 years of total flight experience.
  • Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan: operational proficiency in the state language, plus Russian and English sufficient for flight operations.
  • Exemplary CRM, threat and error management skills, and SOP discipline.
