🧭 The Role

As an A320 First Officer, you’ll operate as part of a two-crew flight deck, delivering safe, efficient, and compliant operations from pushback to parking. You will work closely with the Captain and cabin crew, maintain procedural discipline, and represent a professional, customer-focused brand on every sector.

  • Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Apply sound decision-making, TEM, and CRM principles in dynamic operational environments.
  • Maintain aircraft technical and procedural knowledge across the A320 family.
  • Participate in recurrent training and checking, supporting a strong safety culture.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • In type: Minimum 500 hours on the Airbus A320 family.
  • Type rating: Current and valid A320 type rating.
  • Licence: UK CAA Frozen ATPL with current IR and ME.
  • Medical: Valid Class 1.
  • ICAO English: Level 5 or above.
  • Right to work: Visa sponsorship is not provided; you must have the unrestricted right to work in the relevant jurisdiction.
