Airbus A320 First Officer – TUS Airways (NTR Welcome)

🧭 About the role

As a First Officer on our A320 family fleet, you will operate safely and efficiently alongside the Captain, upholding our high standards of professionalism, safety, and customer care. You will contribute to pre‑flight planning, threat and error management, and disciplined execution of SOPs across all phases of flight.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Licence: EASA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
• Medical: Class 1
• Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Type rating: Not required (Training Provided). Priority to experienced A320 type-rated pilots.
• Background: Clean criminal record
• Travel document: Valid passport
• Visa sponsorship: Not provided

🌟 What you’ll do

• Flight operations: Execute all duties of the First Officer on A320 family aircraft in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Safety & compliance: Champion a just culture, threat and error management, and disciplined checklist usage.
• Crew coordination: Practice effective CRM and clear, concise communication throughout all phases of flight.
• Preparation: Participate in thorough pre‑ and post‑flight planning, performance calculations, and briefings.
• Customer focus: Contribute to a smooth, professional passenger experience on every sector.

🎯 Preferred profile

• A320 experience: Current/Recent A320 Type Rating and line experience

Note: NTR candidates are encouraged to apply; successful applicants will be enrolled in A320 type rating training.

📚 Training & development

Selected candidates will receive structured A320 type rating and line training, with ongoing recurrent training to maintain the highest operational standards.
