✈️ Your mission

As an A320 First Officer, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient, and on‑time operations across our network.

  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and exterior/interior inspections per SOPs.
  • Set up and manage the FMS, automation, and navigation with disciplined monitoring and cross‑checks.
  • Operate the A320 in full compliance with company SOPs, applying CRM and TEM best practices.
  • Communicate clearly in English and Spanish with ATC, dispatch, ground, and cabin crews.
  • Champion a proactive safety culture, reporting hazards and adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Deliver a professional customer experience while adapting to changing operational conditions.

Non‑type‑rated candidates are welcome. We provide A320 type training to successful hires, preparing you for line operations with confidence.
