✈️ Your mission

As an A320 First Officer, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient, and on‑time operations across our network.

Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and exterior/interior inspections per SOPs.
Set up and manage the FMS, automation, and navigation with disciplined monitoring and cross‑checks.
Operate the A320 in full compliance with company SOPs, applying CRM and TEM best practices.
Communicate clearly in English and Spanish with ATC, dispatch, ground, and cabin crews.
Champion a proactive safety culture, reporting hazards and adhering to regulatory standards.
Deliver a professional customer experience while adapting to changing operational conditions.
