🧭 Minimum requirements

• Experience: Minimum 800 hours under Part 121
• License: ATPL or CPL issued by an ICAO member state
• Medical: Class 2
• English proficiency: ELP Level 4 (ICAO) or higher
• Preferred time: 500+ hours on A320 (preferred, not mandatory)
• Visa sponsorship: Not provided

🧰 Documents and additional requirements

• Latest Proficiency Check / Proficiency Training / Annual Line Check report
• References from the Chief Pilot (or equivalent) of your last two employers
• Flight safety record issued by an official authority and your current airline
• No history of, or convictions for, substance abuse

🛫 What you’ll do

• Operate the A320 as First Officer in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards
• Execute all phases of flight with a strong safety mindset and professional airmanship
• Work closely with the Captain and cabin crew to ensure smooth, efficient operations
• Maintain flight documentation, briefings, and accurate technical reporting
• Participate in recurrent training, checks, and continuous improvement initiatives
