Airbus A320 First Officer – Training Provided

🧭 Your mission

As a First Officer, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards, while contributing to a collaborative, high-performance cockpit culture.

• Operate the A320 in full compliance with approved procedures, manuals, and regulations.
• Maintain exceptional situational awareness and flight discipline across all phases of flight.
• Champion safety, security, and quality in daily operations and delegated duties.
• Manage dynamic rosters, ad‑hoc scenarios, and high workload periods with calm professionalism.
• Support on-time performance and cost-conscious decision-making without compromising safety.
• Contribute to departmental KPIs and broader business objectives through reliable execution.

• Solid industry knowledge of aircraft systems and operating procedures.
• Readiness to assume delegated safety or security roles in line with airline and civil aviation authority standards.
• Exposure to QA, safety, security, and audit procedures that affect Flight Operations.
• Ability to apply policies, procedures, and manuals to approved standards and regulations.
• Proven composure, confidence, and focus—able to handle emergencies and threats efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify irregularities, and recommend solutions.
• Cost-oriented mindset with effective problem-solving and sound decision-making.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in all operational tasks.
• Technical expertise paired with excellent interpersonal skills to support company objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to business strategy and deliver against set KPIs.

🌟 Minimum requirements

• Minimum Total Time: 1,500 hours
• Type Rating: Not required (Training provided)
• Preferred Experience: A320 time preferred
• License Required: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
• Accepted Licenses: ICAO
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP Level: 4 or higher
