🧭 Your mission

As an A320 First Officer, you will operate commercial flights with discipline, professionalism, and a strong safety mindset. You will work closely with the Captain and crew to deliver smooth, efficient operations from preflight to shutdown.

  • Support the Captain across all phases of flight while adhering to SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Demonstrate strong CRM, situational awareness, and decision-making.
  • Prepare, brief, and execute flights with precision, monitoring aircraft systems and performance.
  • Participate in initial and recurrent training, checks, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Uphold a customer-focused, safety-first culture on every sector.

  • Total Time: 200 hours
  • Licences: CPL, IR, ME
  • Accepted Licences: ANAC (Arg.)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Language: ICAO English Level 4
  • Passport: Valid
  • Type Rating: Not required — training provided

🌟 Preferred credentials

  • Completed MCC course
  • A320 FAM course exposure
