Airbus A320 First Officer — Non‑Type Rated Welcome (Training Provided)

✈️ The opportunity

As an A320 First Officer, you will partner with your Captain and crew to deliver safe, efficient, and on-time operations while exemplifying professionalism on every sector. You will leverage strong systems knowledge and clear, concise communication to keep flights smooth, passengers confident, and the operation moving.

🧭 Key responsibilities

• Operate the Airbus A320 in accordance with company SOPs and all regulatory requirements.
• Lead robust pre-flight preparation, performance planning, and in-flight monitoring of fuel, weather, and aircraft systems.
• Apply disciplined CRM and threat and error management to uphold the highest safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with ATC and the cabin; produce clear technical reports, logs, and debriefs.
• Participate in recurrent training and checking to maintain operational excellence.

🧰 What you bring

Minimum requirements

• Total time: 4,000 hours minimum
• License: ATPL (ICAO)
• Medical: Class 1
• ELP: ICAO Level 4 or higher
• Strong proficiency in aircraft systems and standard operating practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical report writing and presentations

Preferred experience

• Airbus A320 time
• Experience within a low-cost airline environment

Type rating provided. Non-type rated pilots who meet the minimum criteria are encouraged to apply. A structured training path will transition you to A320 line operations and set you up for long-term success.
