🧰 What you’ll do

  • Operate A320 Family aircraft on regional and medium-haul routes, upholding the highest safety and service standards.
  • Execute all phases of flight in a multi-crew, glass-cockpit environment in accordance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Apply robust CRM, threat and error management, and fuel-efficient, sustainable operating practices.
  • Contribute to a positive flight deck culture and continuous improvement across training and operations.

🧾 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 2,000 hours
  • In type: 500 hours on A320 Family
  • Type rating: Required on A320 Family (valid for at least 2 more months at the time of joining)
  • Flight time pathways:
    • Path A: Minimum 1,500 hours on multi-crew, glass cockpit MPA (glass cockpit defined as aircraft with an FMS coupled to APFDS) AND minimum 500 hours on A320 Family
    • OR Path B: Minimum 1,500 hours total flying time AND minimum 1,000 hours on any A320 Family aircraft
  • License: Unrestricted ATPL or valid Frozen ATPL (holders of Frozen ATPL/CPL must present ATPL Theoretical Knowledge exam results and an integrated ATPL course completion certificate) issued by an ICAO member state
  • Ratings: IR, ME
  • Medical: Unrestricted, current Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Currency: Flown any A320 Family aircraft within the last 12 months
  • Age at joining: Must not have attained the age of 50 on the day of joining
  • Work authorization: Visa sponsorship provided
