As an A320 First Officer, you will operate as part of a professional two-crew team, delivering safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations.

• Execute all phases of flight under SOPs, maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards.
• Apply strong CRM and decision-making to support the Commander and overall mission.
• Prepare, brief, and monitor flights using current operational data, performance calculations, and weather/NOTAM analysis.
• Champion threat and error management, stabilised approach criteria, and robust checklist discipline.
• Contribute to a positive cockpit culture with clear communication in German and English.

🌟 Minimum requirements

• License: EASA ATPL(A), or CPL(A)/IR with ATPL(A) theory credit, or MPL (Part-FCL).
• Endorsements: Multi-Engine (ME), IR, and UPRT.
• Type rating: Current Airbus A320 family type rating required.
• Experience: Minimum 800 hours on type (A320 family).
• Medical: EASA Class 1.
• Language: Very good German (B2+ if not native/everyday language) and good English (at least ICAO Level 4).
• Education: Completed training with Matura/Abitur, Diplom HF, general higher education entrance qualification, or university of applied sciences entrance qualification.
• Documentation: Completely documented proof of flying performance (e.g., flight log extract, license, recency).
• Travel ID: Valid passport.
• Character: Impeccable reputation.
• Health & vaccines: Willingness to be vaccinated with vaccines approved in Switzerland (including COVID‑19, yellow fever, etc.); COVID‑19 vaccination required where permitted by applicable law.
• Work authorization: Visa sponsorship is not provided.
• License holders: Open to EASA license holders only.
