🧭 The role

As an A320 Family First Officer, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.

Operate Airbus A320 Family aircraft within all performance, safety, and regulatory limits.
Execute preflight planning, briefings, and post-flight debriefs with a strong CRM and TEM focus.
Monitor flight progress, manage automation, and communicate effectively with ATC and ground teams.
Maintain high standards of airmanship, situational awareness, and procedural discipline.

🧰 Minimum requirements

License: ATPL (ICAO), current and valid
Medical: Class 1
Type rating: Current Airbus A320 Family type rating
Hours on type: Minimum 500
Recent experience: Last flight on A320 Family within the past 9 months
ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
Languages: English and Russian required; for citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, proficiency in the State language (Uzbek) is also required
Eligibility: Visa sponsorship is not provided; ability to work and travel without employer sponsorship
