🧭 Your mission
As an A320 Family First Officer, you will execute safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations in alignment with SOPs and regulatory standards. You will collaborate closely with the Captain and cabin crew, adapt to changing conditions, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Operate the A320 family in accordance with company SOPs, EASA regulations, and industry best practices.
- Uphold a just culture, championing open communication and continuous improvement.
- Apply strong situational awareness and structured, analytical thinking during all phases of flight.
- Contribute to a positive crew resource management environment that puts safety and teamwork first.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Hours in type: 500+ on A320 family
- Type rating: A320 family (current)
- License required: ATPL
- Accepted licenses: EASA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided
