🧭 Your mission on the flight deck
As an A320 Family First Officer, you will partner with the Captain and crew to deliver safe, efficient, and on-time operations while upholding impeccable standards of airmanship and customer care.
- Operate the Airbus A320 family in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Champion safety through effective TEM and CRM, from briefing to block-in.
- Monitor flight path, fuel, performance, and weather; manage checklists and systems with precision.
- Support the Captain in decision-making, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
- Represent the brand with professionalism; communicate clearly with crew, ATC, and ground teams.
- Engage in recurrent training and continuous improvement to progress toward command.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 1,000 hours
- In Type (A320 family): 500 hours
- Type Rating: Current and valid A320 family type rating
- Licenses: CPL, IR, ME
- Open to Lic. Holders: CAAV or ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Education: High school graduate or higher
