🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate A320 family aircraft in accordance with SOPs, company policies, and all applicable regulations.
- Support the Captain in all phases of flight, from preflight planning and performance calculation to secure shutdown.
- Conduct accurate checklist discipline, effective CRM, and robust threat and error management.
- Monitor aircraft systems and performance, managing the FMS and navigation to ensure safe, efficient operations.
- Communicate professionally with ATC, ground operations, and cabin crew to uphold safety and service standards.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Hours on type: 750+ hours on A320 family
- Type rating: Airbus A320 (current/valid)
- License: CPL + IR + ME
- Open to License Holders: ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: Level 4 minimum
- Preferred: ATPL

- Must pass technical, psychometric, and Medical Fitness check-up assessments for pilots as per Company/GACA standards.
- Proficient in aircraft systems and flight operations software.
- Strong digital skills, including Microsoft Office, internet research, and web-based resources.
