Airbus A320 Family First Officer (Type-Rated)

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Operate A320 family aircraft in accordance with SOPs, company policies, and all applicable regulations.
  • Support the Captain in all phases of flight, from preflight planning and performance calculation to secure shutdown.
  • Conduct accurate checklist discipline, effective CRM, and robust threat and error management.
  • Monitor aircraft systems and performance, managing the FMS and navigation to ensure safe, efficient operations.
  • Communicate professionally with ATC, ground operations, and cabin crew to uphold safety and service standards.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • Hours on type: 750+ hours on A320 family
  • Type rating: Airbus A320 (current/valid)
  • License: CPL + IR + ME
  • Open to License Holders: ICAO
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO English: Level 4 minimum
  • Preferred: ATPL

  • Must pass technical, psychometric, and Medical Fitness check-up assessments for pilots as per Company/GACA standards.
  • Proficient in aircraft systems and flight operations software.
  • Strong digital skills, including Microsoft Office, internet research, and web-based resources.
