• Operate the A320 family in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and the highest safety standards.
• Execute all phases of flight: thorough preflight planning, precise execution, and diligent postflight duties.
• Apply robust systems knowledge to manage normal and non-normal operations with sound decision-making and CRM.
• Maintain exemplary situational awareness in a high-utilization, on-time performance environment.
• Contribute to safety and quality through accurate technical reports, clear documentation, and effective debriefs.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• Proficiency in aircraft systems and avionics concepts; quick to learn A320-specific procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident with technical report writing and presentations.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office for planning, analysis, and documentation.
• Calm, professional cockpit presence with excellent CRM and checklist discipline.
• Experience in a low-cost, high-efficiency airline environment is highly desirable.

🌟 Minimum Qualifications

• Total time: 4000 hours
• Type rating: Not required (training provided); NTR candidates encouraged
• Preferred experience: Airbus A320 time preferred; low-cost airline experience highly desirable
• License required: ATPL
• Accepted licenses: ICAO
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4
• Visa sponsorship: Not provided (you must have the right to work)
