🧭 Your Mission
As an A320 First Officer, you will operate in a multi-crew environment, supporting the Captain to deliver safe and efficient flights. You will conduct thorough pre-flight preparation, apply sound threat and error management, and maintain strict compliance with company SOPs and all applicable regulations.
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with SOPs and the Operations Manual.
- Perform accurate pre-flight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management.
- Champion safety, CRM, and situational awareness on every sector.
- Manage normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures with composure and teamwork.
- Ensure professional communication with ATC, ground teams, and cabin crew.
- Contribute to a positive cockpit culture and continuous operational improvement.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: Minimum 1000 hours
- In Type (A320): Minimum 500 hours
- Type Rating: A320 Type Rating required
- Licensing: Current and valid ICAO CPL / frozen ATPL with IR & ME, acceptable to the Authority
- Medical: Class 1
- English: ELP Level 4+
- Record: Incident- and accident-free flying record
- Eligibility: Open to ICAO licence holders
Flight time notes: Minimum 1000 hours total time of which 500 hours on A320 aircraft.
