🧭 The Role
As an A320 Family First Officer, you will operate safely, efficiently, and compliantly alongside the Captain, delivering an exceptional and consistent operation. You will prepare and execute each sector to the highest standard, apply company SOPs, and contribute actively to safety, security, and continuous improvement across Flight Operations.
- Perform preflight planning, performance and fuel calculations, briefings, and checklists in accordance with approved manuals and regulations.
- Maintain situational awareness and apply threat-and-error management throughout all phases of flight.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable civil aviation regulations.
- Complete technical reports and documentation accurately and on time; support presentations and operational briefings as required.
- Collaborate across Flight Operations, Engineering, and Ground Operations to uphold safety, punctuality, and service standards.
- Support safety, security, QA, and audit activities that affect flight operations, escalating hazards and recommending data-driven solutions.
- Exercise sound, cost-conscious decision-making to meet operational KPIs without compromising safety.

- Training in safety and emergency response is essential.
- Proficiency with aircraft systems; strong digital literacy including Microsoft Office, internet, and web research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; confident in technical report writing and delivering presentations.
- Solid industry knowledge of aircraft systems and operating procedures.
- Ability to apply policies, procedures, and operational manuals precisely, aligned with approved standards and regulations.
- Composed, self-confident, and focused under pressure; capable of handling emergencies and security threats efficiently.
- Proven analytical skills to interpret operational data, identify irregularities, and recommend practical solutions.
- Cost-oriented mindset with effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Exposure to QA/Safety/Security/Audit procedures related to Flight Operations.
