🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate the A320 family in accordance with company SOPs and all regulatory requirements, prioritizing safety at all times.
- Plan and execute flights using modern flight deck systems, including EFIS and FMS.
- Manage navigation, fuel, and aircraft performance monitoring from preflight to shutdown.
- Maintain accurate operational documentation and contribute to effective crew briefings and CRM.
- Exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality in all passenger, crew, and operational matters.
- Perform reliably under pressure and in challenging environments while demonstrating sound judgment.
🧰 What you bring
- Type rating on the Airbus A320 family (current or recent).
- Friendly, mature, humble, honest, meticulous, and a self‑starter.
- Proficient in modern cockpit operations, including EFIS / FMS.
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations, flight planning, and operational documentation.
- Skilled in flight management, navigation, and aircraft performance monitoring.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, with tact and discretion when dealing with people.
- Holds a college degree or equivalent.
🌟 Minimum requirements
- Total flight time: Minimum 200 hours (fixed‑wing) or credited equivalent.
- Licence: CAAP CPL with IR and ME, or MPL.
- Type rating: A320 required.
- Medical: Class 1.
- English: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Time crediting:
- Rotary‑wing time: 50% credited.
- Crop‑dusting time: 50% credited.
- Experimental category aircraft time: 0% credited.
- Second Officer / Third crew (e.g., Systems Engineer) time: 50% credited.
Open to CAAP licence holders. Visa sponsorship is not provided.
