• Operate A320 family flights to company SOPs with a strong safety and compliance focus.
• Execute all phases of flight, managing FMS programming, performance calculations, and accurate flight deck workflows.
• Apply threat and error management, maintaining situational awareness and effective decision-making.
• Demonstrate exemplary CRM and communication with flight crew, cabin crew, and operations.
• Support operational efficiency through prudent fuel management and punctuality.
• Complete thorough pre-flight planning and post-flight documentation to an exacting standard.

• Current, valid A320 family type rating with a minimum of 300 hours on type.

🌟 Minimum Requirements

• Type Rating: Airbus A320 family (current)
• In-Type Experience: 300 hours minimum
• Licence: CPL + IR + ME issued by EASA
• Medical: EASA Class 1
• Language: Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Work Authorization: Visa sponsorship is not provided
