As a First Officer on the Airbus A320 family, you will operate short‑ and medium‑haul services with a strong safety culture, precise SOP adherence, and a collaborative approach to crew resource management. This permanent role is ideal for pilots ready to advance onto the A320 with full training support.

🧭 Minimum requirements

Licence: EASA frozen ATPL with IR and ME
Medical: Class 1
Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
Flight time: 200 factorized Vueling hours
Type rating: Not required (training provided)
Open to: Holders of EASA licences

🧰 Additional requirement

Before starting the Operator Conversion Course, you must hold an EASA licence issued by Spain (AESA). This is required prior to the commencement of the OCC.

🌟 Desirable experience

Previous flight time and/or current operation on Airbus types: A320, A330, or A340

You will receive a comprehensive A320 family Operator Conversion Course to bring you up to type, with all required ground school and simulator phases. Successful completion leads directly to line training and operational flying.
