Airbus A320 Family First Officer – Direct Entry (Type-Rated)

🧭 Your mission

As a First Officer on the A320 family, you'll operate regional and medium-haul routes, delivering safe, efficient, and on-time performance. You'll champion SOP adherence, exceptional CRM, and clear communication from briefing to block-off, supporting the Captain and wider crew to create a smooth experience for passengers and colleagues alike.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Hours on type: Minimum 750 hours on the Airbus A320 family
• Type rating: Current and valid A320 family type rating
• Licenses: Valid CPL with IR and ME
• License authority: Open to ICAO license holders
• Medical: Current Class 1
• English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Right to work: Company-sponsored visa available
