Step into the left seat on the Airbus A320 family and bring your proven leadership to a high-performance flight deck. Non-Type Rated captains are welcome—full A320 type training is provided. If you thrive on teamwork, clear communication, and sound judgement under pressure, we want to hear from you.
🧭 Your Mission
As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient flight operations across the A320 family, set the tone for open and respectful cockpit communication, and make timely, structured decisions in dynamic environments. You will mentor and collaborate with the crew, uphold SOPs and regulatory standards, and consistently deliver a calm, customer-focused operation.
🧰 What You Bring
- Minimum 5,000 hours total time on CAT operations in aircraft with MTOW above 40 tonnes
- Minimum 1,000 hours as PIC
- Plus, one of the following PIC experience profiles:
- 2,000 hours PIC on aircraft with MTOW above 40 tonnes; or
- 1,000 hours PIC on any Airbus FBW aircraft
- EASA ATPL and Class 1 Medical
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher
- Open, honest, and respectful communicator; strong teamwork and collaboration
- Calm, proactive problem-solver who takes initiative under stressful circumstances
- Structured and analytical thinker with sound operational judgement
🌟 Training & Development
Non-Type Rated captains are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive A320 family type rating and differences training will be provided, with a focus on SOP excellence, crew resource management, and Airbus FBW systems.
