As a Captain on the Airbus A320 family, you will lead a skilled flight deck and cabin team, championing safety, situational awareness, and passenger care. You’ll manage all phases of flight, mentor first officers, and collaborate closely with operations to deliver a reliable, customer‑centric service.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Current and valid ATPL with A320 type rating
- Minimum 4,000 hours total time
- Minimum 2,000 hours jet time
- Minimum 1,000 hours PIC on A320 family
- Acceptable licenses: EASA, FAA, or ICAO
- Current Class 1 Medical
- ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Eligible for company‑sponsored visa

- Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams for on‑time performance
- Promote safety, CRM, and efficient decision‑making
