🧭 The Opportunity

As Captain on the A320 family, you’ll lead the flight deck, safeguard the operation from pushback to parking, and set the tone for a high‑performance, safety‑first culture. You’ll mentor, make decisive calls under pressure, and ensure every flight is executed to regulatory and company standards.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • PIC in Type: Minimum 100 hours on the Airbus A320 family (PIC)
  • Type Rating: Current and valid A320 family type rating
  • License: Valid ATPL issued by DGCA (India)
  • Medical: Current Class 1
  • English Proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or higher
  • eGCA: Mandatory eGCA ID with all licenses and documents validated

🌟 Additional Requirements

  • Pilot’s Proficiency Check: Current and valid PPC
  • Radio Licenses: FRTOL and COP/RTR
  • Safety Record: Certificate of incident/accident‑free record, breath analyzer status, and details of any enforcement action taken by DGCA in the preceding 3 years
  • Work Authorization: Ability to live and work in India (no visa sponsorship provided)

📋 What You’ll Do

  • Exercise command authority to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient A320 family operations
  • Lead, brief, and mentor flight and cabin crew; foster a just culture and strong CRM
  • Perform thorough flight planning, fuel and performance calculations, and threat/error management
  • Maintain strict adherence to SOPs, MEL/CDL, and DGCA regulations
  • Manage abnormal and emergency procedures decisively and calmly
  • Complete all documentation accurately within eGCA/company systems
