As an A320 Family Captain, you will lead line operations, set the tone for exemplary crew resource management, and ensure every flight meets the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and passenger experience.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• Total time: 5,000 hours
• PIC in Type: 800 hours (A320 family)
• Type rating: Required (A320 family)
• License req.: ATPL
• Open to Lic. Holders: GACA (KSA), ICAO
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher

🌟 Assessments & Competencies

• Assessments: Must pass technical and psychometric assessments per Company/GACA standards
• Medical fitness: Pilot Medical Fitness Check per Company/GACA standards
• Technical proficiency: Strong knowledge of aircraft systems (A320 family)
• Digital skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet and web search
• Communication: Competent in technical report writing and presentations

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Command A320 family operations with unwavering adherence to SOPs, regulations, and safety standards.
• Lead flight deck decision-making, conduct thorough briefings, and foster effective CRM across all phases of flight.
• Execute accurate flight planning, performance calculations, fuel and weather assessments, and timely operational reports.
• Maintain meticulous records and collaborate with operational teams to support on-time, safe, and efficient performance.
