🧭 Your Mission
As Captain on the A320 family, you will command safe, efficient, and on-time operations while fostering exemplary CRM and a safety-first culture.
- Command A320 family operations in full compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Exercise sound judgment in all phases of flight, ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
- Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin crew, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, fuel and performance management, and threat/error management.
- Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, ground operations, and maintenance for efficient turnarounds.
- Deliver a calm, customer-focused experience, representing the airline with integrity.
🧰 What You Bring
- Total Flight Time: 3,500+ hours
- PIC on A320 Family: 500+ hours
- Type Rating: Valid A320 family type rating (Type-Rated required)
- License: Valid ATPL — CAAV or ICAO
- Medical: Current Class 1 Medical
- English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Education: High school diploma or higher
