✈️ Step up to the Airbus Flight Deck as an A320 Family Captain
Join a safety-led, professional operation and take command of the Airbus A320 family. We welcome experienced jet Captains without an A320 type rating—comprehensive training will be provided for selected candidates.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate Airbus A320 family aircraft as Pilot-in-Command, delivering safe, efficient, and on-time operations.
- Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin teams, fostering a just culture and professional CRM.
- Adhere to SOPs and regulatory standards while exercising sound judgement in dynamic operational environments.
- Manage threats and errors proactively through robust TEM and decision-making.
- Champion a safety-first mindset, ensuring compliance with company and authority requirements at all times.
🧰 What you bring
- Total time: 3,000 hours+
- PIC time: 1,000 hours+
- Jet time: 1,000 hours+
- Flight time notes: Minimum 1,000 hours as Captain on airline jet aircraft
- Last 12 months: At least 200 flight hours in the past 12 months
- License: Valid ATPL or CPL
- Open to Lic. Holders: UAEAC
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher

- Background certificate: Required
- Safety record: No accidents or incidents attributable to pilot factor
- Passport: Valid
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided (candidates must have the independent right to work/travel as applicable)
🎓 Type rating & onboarding
- Type rating: Not required — A320 training provided for selected candidates
- Comprehensive ground school, simulator, and line training to A320 proficiency
- Ongoing recurrent training and checking in line with regulatory standards
