🧭 Your mission
- Lead safe, efficient A320 family operations across a dynamic European network.
- Uphold Lufthansa Group standards, SOPs, and a just culture on every sector.
- Mentor and develop flight deck and cabin colleagues, fostering a high-performance team.
- Make sound, timely decisions in all phases of flight and during irregular operations.
- Deliver a calm, customer-focused experience with operational reliability at its core.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: Minimum 5000 hours on CS-25 aircraft
- PIC time: Minimum 1000 hours PIC on CS-25 aircraft
- License: Valid EASA ATPL
- Medical: EASA Class 1
- Language: ICAO English Level 4 or higher
- Education: General higher education entrance qualification (e.g., Abitur or equivalent)
- Work rights: Unrestricted residence and work permit (no sponsorship)
- Passport: Unlimited validity; if no EU passport, there must be no stricter entry restrictions than with an EU passport
🌟 Preferred profile
- Type rating: A220 or A320 Type Rating
- Recent command experience in European line operations
- Strong leadership, CRM, and mentoring mindset
