• Ensure full regulatory compliance aligned with ICAO standards.
• Champion CRM and SMS best practices; mentor flight deck and cabin crew.
• Coordinate seamlessly with ATC and ground teams in Russian and English.
• Maintain the highest standards of airmanship, decision-making, and customer care.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• License: Valid ATPL (open to ICAO license holders)
• Type rating: Current A320 family
• Total PIC time: 3,000 hours
• PIC on type: Documented captaincy experience on A320 family
• Medical: Class 1
• Language proficiency: ELP Level 4+ and fluency in Russian
• Operational clearance: Authorization to perform international flights
• Currency: Break in flight work not exceeding 12 months
• Type-rated: Required
