🧭 What You’ll Do

• Command A320 family flights in accordance with company SOPs and civil aviation regulations.
• Champion safety, adherence to SMS, and best-in-class Crew Resource Management.
• Mentor and develop flight crew; foster clear, effective cockpit and cross-functional communication.
• Drive on-time performance and fuel-efficient practices aligned with low-cost operations.
• Prepare accurate technical reports and operational briefings; deliver presentations as required.
• Coordinate with OCC, dispatch, and engineering; ensure robust preflight planning and postflight debriefs.
• Leverage Microsoft Office for reports, analysis, and communications.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• Total time: 4,000 hours
• License: ATPL — ICAO accepted
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
• Type rating: Not required — Training provided

🌟 Preferred Profile

• Airbus A320 family experience.
• Experience with a low-cost airline (highly desirable).
• Proficient knowledge of aircraft systems.
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in technical report writing and presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

He/she must pass the technical/psychometric assessment for Pilots as per the Airline and respective civil aviation authority standards.
