🧭 What you will do
- Lead safe, efficient Airbus A320 family operations as Pilot‑in‑Command, upholding all company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Champion on‑time performance and fuel‑efficient practices while maintaining the highest safety standards.
- Deliver clear briefings, debriefings, and high‑quality technical reports; support continuous improvement.
- Mentor and collaborate with flight and cabin crew to foster a disciplined, team‑oriented cockpit culture.
- Use modern digital tools and Microsoft Office to manage flight documentation, reports, and presentations.
🧰 What you bring
- Minimum 4,000 hours total time.
- Unrestricted ATPL (ICAO) with current Class 1 medical.
- English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- Strong proficiency in aircraft systems; ability to rapidly qualify on the A320 via our training program.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills; confident in technical report writing and presentations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

- Airbus A320 family experience.
- Background in a low‑cost airline operating environment.
🧪 Assessments and training
All shortlisted pilots must pass technical and psychometric assessments in accordance with airline policy and the applicable Civil Aviation Authority standards. Successful candidates who are not currently A320 type rated will be enrolled in company‑provided type training.
