🧭 Minimum requirements
- PIC on A320 family: 1000 hours
- License: ATPL
- Open to license holders: ICAO
- Type rating: A320 family — current and valid
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Visa sponsorship: Provided
🧰 What you’ll do
- Serve as Pilot-in-Command on A320 family operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient flights.
- Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary crews, delivering exemplary CRM and passenger experience.
- Apply SOPs, MEL/CDL, and company policies to make timely, sound operational decisions.
- Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, and Maintenance to optimize OTP, payload, and fuel.
- Champion a safety-first culture through proactive reporting and continuous improvement.
