As A320 Captain, you will lead flight operations with unwavering focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and passenger experience. You’ll mentor the flight deck, coordinate seamlessly with cabin and ground teams, and ensure every sector is flown to the highest professional standard.

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Command A320 family operations from pre-flight planning through post-flight reporting.
• Exercise sound PIC decision-making, managing normal and non-normal situations.
• Champion SOP adherence, SMS reporting, and a just culture across the flight operation.
• Lead and coach the flight deck, fostering clear communication and CRM best practices.
• Coordinate with dispatch, engineering, and ground operations to deliver on-time performance.
• Prepare accurate technical and operational reports as required by company and authority.

🌟 What You Bring

• Proven A320 family proficiency with strong aircraft systems knowledge.
• Advanced cockpit resource management, situational awareness, and leadership under pressure.
• Strong technical communication: report writing and clear, concise briefings/presentations.
• Digital fluency: Microsoft Office, internet/web research, and documentation tools.
• Professional English proficiency (ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher).

🧭 Minimum Requirements

• License: ATPL — GACA (KSA) or ICAO
• Type Rating: A320 family (current and valid)
• Total Flight Time: 5,000 hours
• PIC on A320: 800 hours
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP: Level 4+

🔍 Assessments & Compliance

• Pass technical and psychometric assessments per company and GACA standards.
• Meet Medical Fitness Check requirements for pilots as per company/GACA standards.
