As Captain on the A320 family, you will set the standard for operational excellence, crew leadership, and passenger confidence. You’ll manage each sector with precision—from thorough preflight planning to decisive command in all phases of flight—while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Command A320 family operations in accordance with regulations, company SOPs, and best practice.
  • Lead a multi-crew environment, exemplifying strong CRM, decision-making, and communication.
  • Champion a safety-first mindset, contributing to a robust SMS and just culture.
  • Conduct comprehensive preflight briefings, performance and fuel calculations, and review weather and NOTAMs.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, on-time performance, and a positive passenger experience.
  • Coach and mentor First Officers; support training and checking activities as required.
  • Maintain personal proficiency, currency, and documentation to the highest professional standard.

🧭 Minimum Requirements

  • Type rating: Airbus A320 family (current and valid)
  • License req.: ATPL
  • Open to Lic. Holders: EASA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4 or higher
  • Additional requirements: Valid passport; able to pass background and security checks with no disqualifying convictions
