✈️ The opportunity
As an A320 Captain, you will take the left seat on a proven narrow-body workhorse, delivering a safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operation. This role suits decisive leaders with a strong safety ethos, clear communication skills, and a commitment to continuous standards-driven performance.
🧭 Your mission
- Serve as Pilot-in-Command on Airbus A320 operations, ensuring the highest levels of safety and compliance.
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, brief, and mentor flight and cabin crew, fostering strong CRM and teamwork.
- Manage flight planning, fuel, performance, and weather/NOTAM assessments with sound decision-making.
- Uphold disciplined threat and error management, and maintain meticulous flight records and currency.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Hours on type: Minimum 1,000 hours on the Airbus A320
- Type rating: Current A320 type rating (required)
- Currency: Current on A320 within the last 9 months
- License: Valid ATPL (ICAO)
- Medical: Class 1
- Language proficiency: Proficiency in the state language (for citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan), plus Russian and English to the level required for flight operations
- Experience (foreign citizens): At least 5 years of flight experience
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Right to work: Independent work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not provided
All qualifications must be current and verifiable at the time of application.
