🧭 Your mission

Own the flight from briefing to block-in. You’ll ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations, lead the crew with exemplary CRM, and deliver a smooth, professional experience for every sector.

  • Exercise command authority with sound decision-making across all phases of flight.
  • Embed a safety-first culture, adhering to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Mentor and support First Officers, fostering strong teamwork and clear communication.
  • Demonstrate rigorous threat and error management and disciplined checklist execution.
  • Maintain currency, standards, and documentation in line with company and DGCA requirements.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Total time: 3000 hours (minimum)
  • PIC in type: 100 hours (A320 family)
  • License required: ATPL
  • Accepted licenses: DGCA (India)
  • Type rating: A320 Family (current and valid)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP level: 4 or above
  • Additional requirements: Accident/incident-free record at the time of application; valid FRTO and RTR
