Step into a permanent command role on the Airbus A320 family. We’re seeking a type-rated Captain with robust jet experience and exceptional leadership to uphold safety, reliability, and service across Japanese commercial operations.
🧭 Your mission
Lead safe, efficient A320-family operations with disciplined SOP adherence, sharp decision-making, and positive cockpit leadership. You’ll mentor the crew, manage complex airspace and weather, and deliver operational excellence across Japanese commercial routes.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- Proven command capability on modern jet airliners with strong CRM and leadership.
- Technical proficiency, uncompromising safety mindset, and procedural rigor.
- Clear, professional communication in both Japanese and English.
🌟 Minimum qualifications
- Total time: 4,000+ hours
- Jet time: 3,000+ hours
- Type rating: Current and valid A320-family type rating (Type-Rated)
- Large aircraft experience: Experience operating aircraft >30,000 kg within Japanese commercial operations
- License: JCAB ATPL
- Medical: Class 1
- Aeronautical radio: Must possess an aeronautical radio operator’s license
- Language: English & Japanese; ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
🚀 Preferred profile
- 700+ hours PIC on jet airliner aircraft (preferred)
- Experience with EFIS avionics
